Veronica oversees the development and administration of certificate programs, education courses, and training for dental practices and their team.  The duties are to implement strategic plans for growth or improvement, direct day-to-day operations, supervise staff, develop courses, implement efficient inter-departmental processes, and collaboration to promote training.  Responsibilities also include managing the need for new demand and direct marketing efforts.

Kirsten supports our Continuing Education Director with the planning and execution of our boot camps, including but not limited to establishing relationships with venues, hotels, banquet facilities, event vendors, and much more to ensure that all is seamless.  She also coordinates all support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.

Susanne sets up and prepares the meeting space, both at the bootcamp and mentorship events such as our Power Sessions that are held in our corporate headquarters.  She establishes relationships with vendors.  Some of her most important tasks are planning event details such as seating, dining, and making sure our clients' needs are met to ensure the meeting is seamless and successful.
