Our Power Sessions:
Through The Closing Institute yearly program, we host our clients and their team at the Progressive Dental Headquarters to strengthen their case presentation skills! Why come to one of these powerful sessions? It’ because you always have to assume your competitor is constantly training and strategizing, so you need to stay ahead of the competition - always! To maintain the knowledge you’ve acquired and ensure your success in The Closing Institute, it is critical to practice it. Because practice makes perfect, right? That is why we’ve implemented power session training, specifically for Treatment Coordinators. These 1-day Power Sessions will reinforce The Closing Institute methodology and continually sharpen your closing skills. AND, you get hands-on training with Bart, our CEO & Founder, and our Director of Continuing Education, Veronica Makowski.
Our Monthly Coaching Calls:
Once a month, Bart Knellinger reviews a Full-Arch Sales Critique recording via zoom with all of the treatment coordinators, and provides feedback throughout the close on both their successes and provides constructive criticism in order to help them improve when it comes to presenting the treatment. This is a great way for everyone to see exactly where the smallest things can sway a patient to move forward with treatment or decide otherwise. This engaging zoom call is another great opportunity for like-minded treatment coordinators from all over the country to talk about what they’re having trouble with and what’s really working. We see that a lot will struggle with the same objections so together with Bart they learn how to overcome them.
Our Peer Mentorship Calls:
Once a month we hold Peer Mentorship calls to review and practice the information and techniques that were discussed during the most recent Monthly Coaching Call. Treatment Coordinators work in a small group and get more 1-on-1 attention. These calls are extremely valuable because attendees are actively participating more during the call.
Last month I was fortunate enough to sit in a power session with 4 practices who attended. The morning started out just like any other, but a few hours in, all of the treatment coordinators were struggling with the same issue: price shoppers. We were supposed to break at 3:00 pm to do a team-building event, but instead Bart made the executive decision to cancel the team building event and came back after lunch with a script he wrote during lunch for the treatment coordinators to use for price shoppers. He spent the entire afternoon role playing with them. Seeing the difference in the role play from morning to afternoon first-handedly was outstanding! I was so proud of every individual’s growth. TCI is all about getting COMFORTABLE being UNCOMFORTABLE. The Closing Institute truly is a valuable program for all doctors and their teams to grow their practice and meet their objectives together.
