Our Closing Institute Power Sessions take place at our headquarters in beautiful Clearwater, FL, and coming to a Power Session means getting a warm welcome from the Progressive Dental family! The day will begin with a breakfast along with a meet and greet where you will have time to make introductions with the Progressive Dental team, and with the other dental practices in attendance. All practices will be sharing the same goals, and many of whom are already in similar situations, where the objective is to help more patients and close more cases.
The training itself will take place in a classroom environment. Questions are encouraged in the classroom setting, where all practices in attendance will be able to receive assistance in improving lead management and increasing the number of closed patients. The classroom is perfect for a professional, friendly, and productive atmosphere. Computers are not encouraged, so be prepared for an interactive learning experience with little distractions!
During your time at the Power Session, you will be learning from leading experts, the creators of the Closing Institute. Many treatment coordinators have been put in their role without any formal coaching or training. Gaining patients' trust, overcoming objections, and coming up with solutions to fund treatments can be a daunting task for even the most seasoned salesperson.
While at the Power Session, we will dive into some of the most common problems that arise as you scale your practice with time constraints, unqualified patients, price shoppers, negotiators, and the closing of these life-transformative treatments! Each aspect of the process for assisting a patient requires practice. During your time at the session, we will review the fundamental steps of helping patients from start to finish, so that we can show every patient that they are receiving a great deal, and the highest level of care. We want all patients to feel confident in the decision they are making to create a successful experience.
During the Power Session you will be working with your team in role playing and diving into different scenarios that occur, and less common objections that may arise as well. The patient is most likely spending a large sum of money on the treatment plan and needs to be assured that the plan set by the Doctor is the best step forward into changing their lives for the better.
While price points may be similar among different practices, we will show you how to build value and demonstrate that what the patient is being provided, is a great service, at a great price with a trustworthy, and reliable Doctor. Patients are more than likely conducting their own research when it comes to a high cost procedures; however, they do not know what may be best for them. We’ll learn how to educate them correctly so that trust is built, and so they're certain that they are with the right dental practice for their life-changing procedure.
You will learn the 10-10-10 script, which will allow you to work smarter, and you will learn how to qualify each patient and place them into the treatment plan that fits their personalized wants and needs. There is a process in ensuring the patient and your practice are the right fit for one another.
