Changes in the Dental Marketplace - Recognize trends clinicians encounter within your specific area and construct a strategy to best position your practice to take advantage of the trends in the future. A critical component of practice growth is your ability to anticipate what will happen next and create a strategy. This session will discuss the critical difference between thinking in terms of strategy vs tactics.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Current State Assessment - Unlock the four challenges that practices face in creating a clear and defined strategy. Determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of your practice and how to leverage your practice SWOT for ultimate success. This will help prioritize the timeline in which your strategy will be executed. This is a great team learning exercise.
