What Is Catalyst?

Catalyst is a 2-day, interactive CE course that addresses challenges and obstacles when it comes to growing a practice including:

  • Discover techniques to increase treatment plan acceptance rates by incorporating a team-based treatment planning process in addition to unique flexible financing options.
  • Identify the best internal marketing systems to boost your Return on Investment by maximizing online reviews, patient testimonials, and Word of Mouth referrals.
  • Explore proven, successful external marketing strategies to increase qualified patients for niche procedures by obtaining cross referrals and utilizing top internet marketing tactics, compelling social media techniques, unique patient seminars, and many other traditional marketing systems.

Get to know Bart Knellinger, the Progressive Dental team, the doctors, as well as the course objectives.

Understand the technological, reimbursement, patient, and competitive changes taking place in dentistry and their current and future impact on dental practices. Attendees will complete exercises to identify trends that are currently affecting and will continue to affect their practices, and how to overcome those obstacles by developing a strategy.

Discover the impact that a customized strategy can have on your practice. Attendees will complete exercises to identify the current state of their practice.

Lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Attendees will determine the current state of their practice and develop a strategy on how to grow to their envisioned future state.

Gain knowledge on the psychology of patient influence and the factors that play critical roles in how people make purchasing decisions. Attendees will learn to treatment plan around the patient's "primary desired outcome." Critical role play scenarios and breakout sessions for topics including: priming treatment plans (Hygienist/Assistant) and working with price shoppers over the phone (Office Manager/Receptionist).
